The Wellness Care Plan (WCP) & Corrective Care Plan (CCP) at Hopkins Health & Wellness Center make treatment affordable for everyone and will help you get back on your feet fast!  After an initial upfront fee, these plans allow care to be provided at a deeply discounted rate.
