Dr. Pete L'Allier
Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Pete L' Allier attended undergraduate school at St. John's University and the University of Minnesota. He pursued his graduate education at Northwestern College of Chiropractic where he was nominated by the faculty in 1989 to be an All American Scholar. After receiving his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1990, he began private practice in Edina, Minnesota. In 1994, wishing to create a healthcare clinic that combined the talents of chiropractors, physical therapists, medical doctors and other healthcare providers, he founded Hopkins Health and Wellness Center.

With 20 years of experience, Dr. Pete maintains an enthusiasm and love for working with his patients and being involved in the community. He is also active as an Associate Clinical Faculty Member at Northwestern Health Sciences University and teaches a case study class to senior graduate students.

Dr. Pete, along with his wife Jennifer, kids Jose and Maria, live in Minnetrista, Minnesota, on a hobby farm. Besides helping out at the farm, Dr. Pete spends his time away from the clinic volunteering at his kids' school, writing and enjoying the outdoors at his cabin in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

Dr. Alex Fox
Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Alex Fox was born and raised in Le Mars, IA. He attended the University of Iowa where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He was also a two year starter for the University of Iowa Men’s Volleyball team. Dr. Fox then earned his doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University.

All of Dr. Fox’s experience has been in integrated clinics working hand in hand with other healthcare professionals. He also has advanced training in the assessment and treatment of auto related injuries and is a certified kinesio taping practitioner.

Being an avid sportsman, Dr. Fox enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and playing volleyball, tennis, and golf. He also enjoys spending as much free time as possible with family and friends.

 Dr. Greg L'Allier

D r. Greg L'Allier attended St. John's University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences. Dr. Greg then earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1984. His postgraduate training focused on the specialty of applied kinesiology. With 26 years of experience, Dr. Greg enjoys tackling especially challenging cases. He is also certified in Contact Reflex Analysis, an energy assessment system for evaluating and treating specific individual nutritional needs.

Besides spending time with his three wonderful children and three grandchildren, Dr. Greg enjoys golf, racquetball, and spending time on the lake.

Dr. Michlynn Heide

Dr. Michlynn Heide earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in April 2009 and has been working in the chiropractic field since 2001. Dr. Michlynn has extensive experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal issues, along with special expertise in helping elite athletes overcome sport-related injuries.

Dr. Michlynn and her husband, Dale, love spending time with their daughters, Ava and Reagan. Outside of the clinic, you may spot Dr. Michlynn and her family exploring their love of the outdoors with their Miniature Pinscher, Diesel.

Kristin Wegner
Chiropractic Assistant

Kristin, a Chiropractic Assistant, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University. She then decided to pursue her interest in the health care field and has been employed by HHWC since 2008.  Kristin is in charge of routing patients, taking X-rays,setting patients up on e-stim, backing up the front desk, and much more.

Kristin spends the majority of her free time trying to keep up with her little boy, Levi. She also enjoys cooking, going for walks, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and husband, Jason.
