Shannon Troy Jones
Business Office Manager / Personal Injury Specialist

Shannon coordinates the business office team at Hopkins Health and Wellness Center. The business office team can answer all of your billing and insurance questions. They can help you decide what financial option is best for you, whether it be one of our excellent cash plans or your own insurance coverage. The business office team also sets up all patient accounts and handles any medical records requests. Because accidents happen, Shannon also acts as our own personal injury specialist. He can address any questions or concerns regarding auto accidents, personal injuries and workers’ compensation claims. He will also act as a liaison with your attorney to make sure that your case is handled properly so that you can focus on getting well.

Carrie Kane
Finance Manager

Carrie is the Finance Manager and has been employed by HHWC since October of 2005. She is in charge of balancing the checkbook and employee payroll, among other things! Carrie loves being a part of the Hopkins Health and Wellness Center and has enjoyed watching our establishment grow and meeting our clinic goals!

In her spare time, Carrie loves being outdoors, taking pictures and watching films .

Donna Woodall
Accounts Coordinator

Donna sets up all of our new patient files. She also calls to verify your insurance benefits. Along with Shannon, Donna is the best person to go to if you have any billing or insurance questions. Donna also tackles all of our insurance claims appeals. When something goes wrong with an insurance claim that we have submitted on your behalf, Donna is on the job to fix it. Donna is a graduate of St Cloud State University. She has been employed in the Chiropractic field for 19 years. Donna lives in Apple Valley with her husband and their two “girls,” two ½ cocker spaniels named Abby and Daisy. In her spare time Donna teaches water exercise classes. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, swimming, walking and playing with the girls.

Sarah Tangen
Front Desk

If you have been to our office before, then you know that Sarah is the face of Hopkins Health and Wellness Center. She greets you on your way in, and you check out with her when you leave. Sarah has been a great addition to our team since she joined us in September 2008. Sarah is in charge of the front desk. She answers phones, schedules appointments, routes all incoming patients, and collects payments.

Sarah spends all of her free time with her daughter Mariela. They like to spend time up at the family cabin in Clear Lake, MN boating and doing arts and crafts with their family. Sarah also enjoys going out to movies with friends, and she loves to cook and try new recipes.
