Experience Relaxation and Relief
At Hopkins Health and Wellness Center, our dedicated massage therapists are committed to helping you achieve and maintain lifelong wellness through personalized massage treatments.
Understanding that no two individuals are alike, we tailor each session to meet your unique needs, whether you're dealing with everyday stress, recovering from an auto injury, or managing chronic pain conditions. Our experienced practitioners in our massage therapy center utilize a variety of techniques to relieve tension, enhance circulation, and support your overall health.
Types of Therapeutic Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
A therapy that targets sore, tight, irritated points in muscles perfect forΒ sports and physical rehabilitation. OurΒ expert licensed massage therapistsΒ carefully search for trigger points and use specific compression techniques to release these areas, providing pain relief and a reduction in tension.
Deep Tissue
The goal of deep tissue massage is to get in contact with the deep layers of muscle and connective tissues to alleviate pain, improve flexibility and movement, and enhance circulation.
Visceral Manipulation
A gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on the internal organs and their surrounding connective tissues, aiming to restore proper function and movement within the body. This specialized therapy employs targeted, specific manual forces to encourage optimal mobility and tone of the organs, helping to alleviate restrictions caused by trauma, surgery, or various medical conditions.
Sports Massage/Injury Recovery
Treatments designed to increase athletic performance by helping with pain relief and physical rehabilitation. Most often, sports massage focuses on the muscles used by athletes, such as runners, who want a special focus on their legs and hips. Deep tissue massage techniques encourage increased blood flow and a reduction in soreness of stressed, overused, or fatigued muscle groups.

Frank Harris, LMT
Frank has been in practice since 1996. Upon completion of Massage Therapy training at Aveda Institute he began his journey to learn more. Throughout this process, Frank gained the insight, knowledge, and expertise in massage therapy skill beyond muscle, bone, and ligament-focused treatment.
Frank has learned that listening to the body is the most effective method in helping to resolve whatever the dysfunction may be for each individual. To give an analogy, pain is usually the fire alarm, but where is the fire that set off the alarm? Frankβs approach is to use his skill set, intuition, and experience in a gentle, noninvasive way to address the real cause of each patientβs health care issues.

Dustyn O'Connor, LMT
Dustyn is a licensed Massage Therapist who graduated in December of 2015 from CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic in St. Louis Park.
After a short stint working in other massage therapy fields, he found his place at Hopkins Health & Wellness Center in the Physical Therapy Department. Dustyn was drawn to HHWC because of the way that the DMR method focuses on the patient as a whole. He also likes the close role that the Massage Therapists have with the Physical Therapists. Dustyn feels that working with the HHWC team is an educational experience that inspires him to further his manual manipulation skills in tendons and ligaments.
Outside of work, Dustyn enjoys having an active lifestyle attending festivals, concerts, biking, hiking, and camping. He also loves dressing up for the Renaissance Festival, Halloween as well as different conventions.
